• Personal Use Only: Users are granted a limited license to view and read lyrics for personal, non-commercial, study, or entertainment purposes only. Mass scraping or unauthorized commercial republication of our database is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts, Social Interactions & Community Guidelines

By creating an account, logging in via social platforms (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), or utilizing our interactive features (such as feed posts, stories, messaging, following, and blocking), you agree to the following rules:

• Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your profile.
• User-Generated Content (UGC): Any content you share in your feed, stories, or song corrections must be lawful, accurate, and non-infringing. You retain full responsibility for the content you post.
• Community Conduct & Messaging: Our platform allows users to connect, follow, block, and exchange direct messages. You agree **not** to use these features for harassment, bullying, spamming, sending abusive/obscene material, or unauthorized promotions.
• Moderation Rights: We reserve the right to review, edit, suspend, or permanently terminate any user account, feed post, story, or message that violates our community standards or legal guidelines without prior notice.

4. AI Song Generator, Points & Referral Program

Our “Create Your Own Song” feature uses artificial intelligence to generate lyrics based on the topic, keywords, and mood you provide. By using this feature, you agree to the following:

• AI-Generated Content: Lyrics produced by this tool are automatically generated and are not written, fact-checked, or endorsed by Baap of Movies Lyrics. We make no guarantee regarding their accuracy, originality, or suitability for any purpose, and they should not be treated as an official or licensed song release.
• Your Responsibility for Inputs: You must not enter topics, keywords, or names intended to generate content that is offensive, defamatory, harassing, illegal, or that impersonates a real person without their consent, or that reproduces existing copyrighted song lyrics. You are solely responsible for the inputs you submit and the resulting content.
• Use of Generated Songs: You may use songs you generate for your own personal and non-commercial use. By saving, favoriting, or sharing a generated song to the community feed, your profile, or a story, you grant Baap of Movies Lyrics the right to display that content on the platform. We may remove any AI-generated content at our discretion, including in response to a valid complaint or violation of these Terms.
• Free Points, Coupons & Referral Rewards: Daily free points, coupon-redeemed points, and referral bonus points have no cash or monetary value, cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for money, and exist solely to manage fair use of the AI generation feature.
• Purchased Points: You may also buy additional points with real money through our secure payment partner, Razorpay, at the price shown on the Create Your Own Song page at the time of purchase. Once credited, purchased points are added to your balance and used the same way as free points to generate songs. Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, which explains eligibility, how to request a refund, and how long it takes.
• General: We may change, limit, pause, or discontinue the points, purchase, coupon, or referral system at any time without notice, and reserve the right to reverse points, revoke rewards, or restrict accounts found to be abusing the system — including through fake accounts, multiple accounts, fraudulent payments, or automated activity.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments for AI song points are processed securely by Razorpay, an independent, RBI-authorized payment gateway. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or netbanking details — see our Privacy Policy for more on how payment-related data is handled.

Prices for points packages are displayed on the Create Your Own Song page and may change from time to time; the price shown to you at the moment of payment is what applies to that specific purchase. All refund requests for purchased points are handled under our Refund Policy, which explains eligibility, how to request a refund from your account’s History panel, and how long an approved refund takes to reach you.

6. Third-Party Links & Advertisements

Our website may display third-party advertisements or external links pointing to official music videos and streaming platforms. Baap of Movies Lyrics does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the privacy practices or content of these external third-party sites.

7. Disclaimer of Accuracy

While our editorial team puts in immense effort to source lyrics accurately from official music releases, the site is provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not offer absolute guarantees that every single transcribed line, credit, AI-generated song, or user-generated interaction will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Baap of Movies Lyrics and its team will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of your use of the website, user interactions, messaging features, AI-generated content, purchases, or inability to access our music database.
